CK Frequently asked questions
CK SKINS is a free Android app. You earn coins by watching ads and completing missions, then exchange those coins for CS2 items that we deliver to your Steam account. There is nothing to pay, ever.
Earning coins
Is it really free?
Yes. There are no purchases in the app and we never ask for payment details. The items we deliver are funded by advertising revenue: advertisers pay us to show ads, and we give a share of that revenue back to you as coins.
How do I earn coins?
By watching rewarded ads, opening free cases, completing daily and weekly missions, keeping a login streak, joining raffles, playing our Minesweeper game, and inviting friends. Where available, you can also complete offers from partner networks.
Are coins real money?
No. Coins only exist inside CK SKINS. They cannot be converted to cash, sold, or transferred to another account. They are used for one thing: exchanging them for items in our store.
Getting your skin
How do I get a skin?
Open the store, pick an item you can afford and confirm. You need to reach level 20, save a valid Steam trade link on your profile, and use a permanent (non-guest) account. We then send the item as a Steam trade offer.
How long does delivery take?
Usually within a few days. Steam's own trade holds can add up to 15 days if your account does not have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled. If your trade link is invalid, the request waits until you fix it.
Rules & privacy
Is this gambling?
No. You cannot bet, deposit, or lose real money — because no real money ever enters the app. Cases are free rewards, not paid boxes, and you never risk anything you paid for.
Getting your skin
Why didn't my offer credit?
Offers are run by partner networks, and they decide whether a task counts as completed. They notify us and we credit the coins immediately. If a network does not confirm your completion, we cannot credit it — but write to us and we will look into it with them.
Rules & privacy
Why is my name shown as "Ah••••"?
To protect your privacy, your name is hidden by default everywhere it is public — the leaderboard, the live feed and delivery proofs. If you want your full name shown, turn on "show my name" in your profile. You can turn it off again at any time.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One person, one account. Multiple accounts, bots, emulators, VPNs or ad blockers used to farm rewards will lead to closure of all related accounts and loss of coins.
What data do you keep?
Your Google email, your display name, your Steam trade link and your in-app activity. Your email and trade link are private — other players can never see them. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
Are you affiliated with Valve or Steam?
No. CK SKINS is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike and all item names and images belong to their respective owners.
