CK Skins — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your CK Skins account and the data associated with it. CK Skins is developed by the CK Skins developer (contact below).

Delete your account from inside the app (fastest)

Open Profile → Settings → Delete my account and confirm. This works for both Google accounts and guest (anonymous) accounts, and it runs immediately — no email and no waiting period. You are signed out as soon as it completes. If the request does not succeed, the app tells you the deletion failed and you stay signed in so you can try again. The deletion runs in several steps, so a request that fails part of the way through may already have removed some of your data; running it again is safe.

Delete by email

If you can no longer open the app, send an email to support@ckskinsapp.com from the email address you used to sign in, with:

• Subject: Delete my account
• Body: the display name used in the app

We verify the request and permanently delete the account, normally within 30 days. Guest (anonymous) accounts cannot be verified by email — please use the in-app option above.

What data is deleted

The following is permanently deleted:

• Account info: name, email and profile photo (for accounts created with Google Sign-In)
• Your virtual coins, level, progress and statistics
• Your in-app inventory and reward / withdrawal history
• Your activity records, notifications and support tickets
• Any Steam trade link you provided
• Your sign-in account itself, which is removed as the last step

Deletion removes the whole account. We do not currently offer deletion of individual pieces of data while keeping the account.

Data retention

A few records are deliberately not tied to your account and therefore remain: an irreversible abuse-prevention marker (a one-way hash) plus hashed counters, so the invite bonus cannot be claimed repeatedly by deleting and recreating an account; entries in raffles you had already joined; and reward-history lines belonging to other users, such as the person who invited you. The hashed records cannot be used to reconstruct your account or to contact you.

Data held by third-party services is removed on their own schedules rather than instantly. Firebase publishes its retention periods in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation — at the time of writing, account data is removed within 180 days, crash reports are kept for 90 days, and messaging identifiers are purged within 180 days. We may also keep records for longer where we are required to by law.
