Welcome to CK Skins. This combined document governs your use of our mobile application ("Terms of Service") and explains how we collect, use, and protect your information ("Privacy Policy"). By accessing or using CK Skins, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Virtual Items & App Economy: CK Skins allows users to earn virtual points and coins and to open virtual cases and join raffles. Coins and points cannot be bought with real money and have no cash value. The app never requires any real-money payment to play and is supported by advertising. Prizes won through chance-based features (such as opening cases and raffles) are paid only as virtual coins — never as real items. Items obtained by purchasing them in the in-app Market with virtual coins may, at the user's request, be delivered to the user's own Steam account as in-game Counter-Strike items through a Steam trade. The app does not sell these items for money and does not accept real-money wagers or entry fees. CK Skins is intended for entertainment.

All in-game assets and related materials belong to their respective owners.
User Conduct: You agree not to use automated systems, scripts, bots, or auto-clickers to manipulate the app's reward system. Violating this rule will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.
Who processes your data: CK Skins is operated by the CK Skins developer. We do not sell your data. We do use third-party service providers (listed below) that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for advertising; each is governed by its own privacy policy.
Your device's advertising identifier is used for advertising and attribution as described above. You can reset or delete it at any time in your Android settings; on recent Android versions deleting it causes apps to receive a non-personalised value.
Google Sign-In: we receive your basic Google profile information — name, email address and profile photo — and use it to create and manage your account and to show your profile in the app.
Guest (anonymous) sign-in: you can also play without a Google account. In this case Firebase Authentication issues an anonymous account identifier tied to your device installation, and we do not receive your name, email address or photo. Guest accounts cannot use withdrawals, the Market, the invite/referral system or support tickets. If you later link a Google account, your existing progress is kept and the profile information above is then collected.
Note that a guest account cannot be signed out of and recovered: if you uninstall the app or clear its data without linking a Google account, that guest account and its progress are no longer reachable.
In the app: open Profile → Settings → Delete my account and confirm. This works for both Google and guest accounts. The deletion runs on our servers straight away and removes your withdrawal records, inventory, activity records, support tickets, and your user record together with the reward history and notifications stored under it. As the last step we also delete your sign-in account, which signs you out.
If the deletion request does not complete, the app tells you that it failed and leaves you signed in so you can try again. Because the deletion happens in several steps, a request that fails part of the way through may already have removed some of your data. Running it again is safe and continues from where it stopped.
In rare cases the final sign-in-account step can fail after your data has been removed. If you find that you can still sign in but your progress is gone, please contact us and we will finish the removal.

We do not currently offer deletion of individual pieces of data while keeping your account — deletion removes the whole account.
A few records are deliberately not tied to your account and therefore remain:
Data held by the third-party services listed above is removed on their own schedules rather than instantly. Firebase publishes its retention periods in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation — at the time of writing, account data is removed within 180 days of deletion, crash reports are kept for 90 days, and messaging identifiers are purged within 180 days. Advertising data is handled under Google's and Meta's own policies. We may also keep records for longer where we are required to by law.
Children's Privacy: Our App is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
External Links: The App may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external platforms.
We reserve the right to modify this document at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
