CK Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the CK SKINS mobile application and the ckskinsapp.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by CAKAYRX ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may request item withdrawals only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must have a valid Google account and, for item delivery, a valid Steam account.
2. Your account
One person may hold one account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Creating additional or duplicate accounts to gain coins, referral bonuses or withdrawals is prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts.
3. Coins have no monetary value
Coins are an in-app unit used only inside the Service. They are not money, not a currency, not a stored-value instrument and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, or inherited. Coins have no value outside the Service and we may correct balances that result from an error, bug or prohibited conduct.
4. Earning coins
You can earn coins by watching advertisements, opening free cases, completing missions, daily rewards, raffles and — where available — third-party offers. Coins earned from advertising are funded by real advertising revenue and are credited by our servers.
Third-party offers are operated by independent providers. Whether an offer is completed and credited is determined by that provider. We credit coins when the provider confirms completion to us; we cannot force a provider to confirm, and we are not responsible for a provider's decision, tracking failures, or the content of their offers.
5. Item withdrawals
Coins may be exchanged for in-game items listed in the Service, subject to availability. To request a withdrawal you must:
- have reached the required account level (currently level 20);
- have a valid Steam trade link saved on your account;
- hold enough coins for the listed price;
- use a permanent account (guest accounts cannot withdraw).
Items are delivered through a Steam trade offer. Delivery may take time and can be delayed by Steam trade holds, trade bans or an invalid trade link. Requests are final once submitted; coins spent are not refundable except where we cannot deliver the item, in which case we return the coins.
6. Referral programme
You may invite others with your personal code. Bonuses are granted once per invited person. Inviting yourself, using multiple accounts, automated sign-ups, or distributing your code through misleading claims is prohibited and voids the bonuses.
7. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of coins and pending withdrawals:
- using bots, scripts, automation, modified clients or emulators;
- using VPNs, proxies or ad blockers to interfere with advertising;
- generating fake advertising or offer completions;
- exploiting a bug instead of reporting it;
- creating multiple accounts, or selling or buying accounts, codes or coins;
- attempting to access other users' data or our systems without authorisation.
8. Third parties
CK SKINS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike and all related item names and images are the property of their respective owners. We are likewise not affiliated with Google or any advertising or offer provider beyond our commercial relationship with them.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including prices, missions, reward amounts and the item catalogue, at any time. We may also perform maintenance during which the Service is unavailable. We will publish material changes to these terms on this page with a new effective date.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app or at ckskinsapp.com/delete.html. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure, coins and pending withdrawals are forfeited.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost coins, lost items, or losses arising from third-party providers, Steam trade failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
